Our Story
Hey there! I’m Rafael Torres, a veteran of the United States Army and a lover of Puerto Rico. After moving here in 1998, I found my calling in the tourism industry, working in the beautiful Condado area of San Juan. But after a few years, I knew I could do even better – so I founded PR4Less! With over two decades of experience and a heart for service, we’re excited to be putting the “tour” back in tourism. Thanks for taking the time to learn a little about us – we can’t wait to show you all that Puerto Rico has to offer!
